O’mills is the combination of two words: organic and mills, which represents the natural and simple food that we hope to create.
All of our bread is made from water and flour, fermented for 72 hours with the wild yeast from London. Stemed from that, we created our classic sourdough brunch series and specialty sourdough pizzas, along with English country-style homemade dessert, fermented drinks and natural wine.
